Since the new board will be eager to get started and perhaps take another January date for the first regular board meeting, I would like to meet as early in the month as possible, so I am looking at Wednesday, January 2nd as being a great day, and our only shot at getting started before mid-month.

Therefore:

BOARD MEETING to appoint specific nominees to the four required positions of President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary, plus other voluntary roles.

Tentative date for first board meeting under the new board: Sunday January 20th. Tentative location: Harris' home in West L.A. Will confirm at the meeting on the 2nd.
