Thanks Sheri,  this is helpful.  The two first universally accepted principles are particularly helpful to our Board process discussion I think. 

But in order to cover off the issues fully we may wish to also consult with the Regional USA Dance rep, Bill (from your prior posting) regarding roles and decision-making processes for USA Dance in particular. If this could be done prior to our next Board meeting, perhaps by you and Harris together, and the findings posted on the discussion board, we should have more than enough information to figure out how to move forward at the June 16th Board meeting.   Best, Michele
